An app for the film Belleville Baby, a feature documentary film by Mia Engberg.

A long distance call from a long lost lover makes her reminisce about their common past. She remembers the spring when they met in Paris, the riots, the vespa and the cat named Baby. She also remembers that one day he disappeared and that life changed.

A film about love, time and things that got lost along the way.

The app includes director’s notes and look into her workbook, the official trailer, extra clips and still images that feature in the film, original music from the film, and a look into the real life events that inspired Belleville Baby. The app allows you to listen to the music from the film, and watch the trailer and clips from the film. The app also offers an interactive director’s commentary, in the form of notes and photos from Engberg’s process and the film’s journey from inspiration to finish.
